Know your arrival point
Punta Cana International Airport uses the code PUJ. Read the code on your flight ticket rather than assuming every Dominican arrival is Punta Cana. Bávaro, Cap Cana, Uvero Alto and Macao are different hotel areas; use the full property name and meeting instructions.
Choose the correct airport and hotel
Send your airport code, flight number, date, arrival or pickup time and exact accommodation. A PUJ airport transfer is separate from the hotel pickup for a Saona or city excursion. Confirm whether the meeting point is inside the hotel, at its entrance or outside a gated area.
Compare the complete journey
State adults, children, large suitcases, other equipment and child-seat requests before vehicle allocation. Ask about flight delays, waiting allowance, road tolls, night arrivals and extra stops. A listed airport website does not establish a fixed fare or an available vehicle.
Confirm the return transfer
Provide the departure flight and request the pickup time with an agreed airport arrival margin. Confirm an accessible contact, the vehicle meeting point, payment and cancellation terms. Road and traffic conditions change; do not use an excursion’s return estimate as a guaranteed flight connection.
